How do I place an order with Kore’sy?

Simply visit www.koresy.com, select your desired products, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can shop as a guest or create an account to enjoy faster checkout, track your order history, and receive member-only benefits.

Can I cancel or edit my order after placing it?

Yes—if your order status is still marked as “Unfulfilled,” you may request a cancellation or edit. Contact us at support@koresy.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once your order is packed or shipped, we can no longer make changes.

I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?

Please email us immediately at support@koresy.com with your order number and the correct address. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update it. We are not responsible for lost items due to incorrect addresses once dispatched.

Do I need to create an account to place an order?

No, guest checkout is available. However, creating a Kore’sy account allows you to access exclusive offers, faster checkout, and order tracking.

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?

We offer nationwide shipping across the UAE at a flat rate of AED 15.
Free shipping is available for UAE orders over AED 250.

When will my order ship out?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your package is dispatched. We also offer same day Delivery

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. You can also log in to your Kore’sy account and view tracking details under My Orders.

My tracking says “Delivered,” but I didn’t receive my package.

Please first check with building management, reception, or neighbors. If it’s still missing, email us at support@koresy.com. Note: Kore’sy is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information.

📦 Returns, Exchanges & Damages

Where do you ship and how much does it cost?

We offer nationwide shipping across the UAE at a flat rate of AED 15.
Free shipping is available for UAE orders over AED 250.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for unused, unopened products reported within 1 business day of delivery. Products must be returned in original condition within 7 days.

For allergic reactions or damaged goods, email us at support@koresy.com with clear photos, and we’ll assist with a refund or exchange. View our full Return Policy here.

I received a damaged or incorrect product. What should I do?

We’re truly sorry! Please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order at support@koresy.com with the following:

  • A photo of the shipping label
  • A photo of all received items
  • A close-up of the damaged or incorrect product

We’ll resolve it as soon as possible.

Do you accept product exchanges?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay and Tabby, we use secured stripe payment gateway. All payments are securely processed.

Is it safe to shop on koresy.com?

Absolutely. Kore’sy uses SSL encryption to protect all your personal and payment data. Your security is our priority. We use stripe payment gateway.

How long does a refund take?

The refund process will depend on the payment gateway and the card company.

Even if we have processed a refund from our end, it may take longer for the 3rd party to approve it. In case you do not receive a refund for more than 2 weeks, please contact the card company.

Are Kore’sy products safe for sensitive or acne-prone skin?

Yes. Kore’sy is designed to support gentle, healing skincare. Our formulations are made with thoughtful, non-irritating ingredients—but we always recommend a patch test first.

What is the shelf life or Period After Opening (PAO)?

Most Kore’sy products are safe to use for 12 months after opening. Always store your skincare in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
